These are just a few of the hart diseases. The other type of heart related problems are the problems like the block in the valves that carry blood in the heart. These valves are very much important as they act as a pumping passage for the blood to flow to and from the heart to the other parts of the body. So the damage in this area leads to many other problems in the body. So in order to avoid all these type of health related problems one has to start focusing on their diet control methods and start to reduce weight in case of over weight and start increasing weight in case of under weight. Thus one has to maintain a correct weight according to their age limit and have a healthy body. Thus try reducing weight or increasing weight or maintain the same according to the type of weight that you posses according to your age limit.
